- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am. Please be mindful that we are located in a residential area.
No smoking in units, guests will be charged an additional $100 for smoking in the rental.

Max occupancy in the units is four people, guests will be charged an additional $25 per night for more than four occupants. 
We do not offer late check-outs, guests will be charged an additional $50 for a late check-out fee. 
Please treat our rentals courteously, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of $50 for cottages that are left in an unsanitary manner. 
Please be cautious of self-tanners, body lotions, etc; we provide quality linens and towels and want to keep them in good condition, guests will be charged for any damages occurring thereof.

Pleases acknowledge:

Must climb stairs - three stairs to the entry of the unit. The loft is up a narrow flight of about eight stairs as well.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500

We have a moderate cancellation policy that allows guests to a full refund if cancellation is made within five days of check-in.
